In the middle a large chalk turquoise, then amethysts, Peruvian amazonites and a quartz crystal. There is also one Venetian Murano grass bead next to the large turquoise stone. Carefully wrapped together with extra sturdy golden brass wire. Clasp and rings are gold plated steel. Length is adjustable at 19 20cm. Need it shorter or longer?

I purchased a new copy of this book. The new book comes with a code that provides online access to a some lab resources and also an E-book version that is searchable and has excellent content. I attached a screenshot of a section of the e-book. Definitely worth it! Provides values and guide to interpreting tests and implications as well as associated nursing diagnoses. This book was recommended for a clinical nursing class but not required. I think it is helpful for my other classes as well (pharmacology, pathophysiology). I think if you get it you will see how useful it is. I purchased the 10th edition, which was published 2023.
