They immediately started a conversation via text message with me. It was so straightforward to get the information to them. Then they sent me a return label, then Bada Bing, Bada Bang, I sent back my malfunctioning hand back, and they sent me an Amazon gift card. I use the gift card to purchase a New Hands back because I can’t live without it. Everything went so smoothly and it was so quick I highly recommend it for any electronics that you rely on and you would replace if it became inoperable.
