MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Neck 17 1 2" Length 39" Army nurse caduceus pin and first lieutenant rank pins. AS IS condition with several moth holes. The biggest hole is on the middle right side area and along the hem on the bottom. These are not "through" holes, as there are two layers of wool. The internal wires are good quality with a decent number of strands, but the outer cover is standard pvc, tough but no more flexible than any other cord product. Not suitable for my use on a hand power tool, a rubber cover is better.
