Bristles are specially curved for shape retention. The handles have a green stained natural wood finish protected by four coats of lacquer. These are terribly greasy, causing blurry vision. The first ingredient is mineral oil! Prior to ordering I searched the listing for the ingredients list and found nothing. I went to the product's website and still found nothing. I read reviews, which were mixed. I ordered them anyway, foolishly, and threw them in the trash.
