The six pointed star is crafted from 9ct gold and silver, set with a combination of old cut and rose cut diamonds. Each point is separated by a chunky rose cut diamond spacer. The back of the brooch features a removable fitting and a loop, allowing a bail or chain to be attached, so the piece can also be worn as a pendant. Age: Circa 1880 Weight: 10 grams Materials: 9ct gold and silver. Tested via xrf
