There is a CNC cut top roll, a specifically shaped lower piece which is cut to fit into the wire basket and a pre formed fibre board panel which sits in the bottom of the basket to stop the foam from falling into the floor pan. I love it! I wear heels everyday and these heels are great! Very comfortable since the heel is not to large also still sexy since it’s a stiletto! Only down is that they do not have 1/2 sizes and I am a 8.5. I got 8 based on the reviews but I knew better I should have went for the 9. Not their fault so I didn’t lower the rating. Aside from that they are awesome!
