This style hat is meant to be worn at an angle, it is not meant to sit on top of your head. Tilt hats became popular due to material rationing. Black band and black netting. There are a few holes in the netting. Some overall light discoloration.

The internal wires are good quality with a decent number of strands, but the outer cover is standard pvc, tough but no more flexible than any other cord product. Not suitable for my use on a hand power tool, a rubber cover is better.
