Nach 12 Monate Ausbau auf der Vollhefe in 500 und 300 Liter Fsser, reift der Wein weitere 18 Monate auf der Feinhefe. Mit minimalem Schwefeleinsatz und unfiltriert abgefllt, um eine unverflschte Resonanz der Region und des Terroirs in die Flasche zu bringen.

These were ok comfortable. Would have preferred at the price point to be a little more comfortable. For being a wide size, the shoe was rather tight on my feet. Quality is ok.
